Enquiries via the form

When you send an enquiry about a larger order, catering or a regular order, we receive your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number and date, together with your message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to enter into an agreement with you.

The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Enquiries are stored on the website and in our inbox. They are deleted from the website automatically after 12 months. If you become a customer, information that forms part of our accounts is kept for the period required by Danish bookkeeping law.

Who sees the information?

Only Rondo staff who need to answer the enquiry see the information. The website and our email are run by one.com, which processes the information on our behalf. We do not sell the information or share it with advertisers.

Cookies and measurement

If you have consented to statistics and marketing, we record in Google Analytics and with Meta that an enquiry was sent. Your name, email and message are not included. Read more in our cookie policy.

Your rights
